I’m a certified Usui Reiki Master, art therapy practitioner and colour energy intuitive, with a background as a fertility, birth, postpartum and loss doula. I’ve been supporting people through doula work since 2012 and practising Reiki since 2016.

My practice is rooted in a deep curiosity about colour—how we respond to it, what we’re drawn to, and how it can be used intentionally to support relaxation, balance and our everyday experience. I bring intuitive colour work into my energy practice, creating sessions that are gentle, personal and responsive to the individual in front of me.

As a neurodiverse, non-binary practitioner, creating a space where people can arrive as themselves matters deeply to me. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and welcoming of all identities, bodies and lived experiences.

A proud Hants County native, Amber is a Registered Acupuncturist trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She graduated with a Certificate of Clinical Excellence from the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Bedford, NS. With a special interest in chronic pain conditions, hyper-mobility syndromes and stress management/mental wellness, Amber is committed to creating a safe, inclusive space for all patients. Her treatments are patient-centered and holistic, combining acupuncture with fire cupping, gua sha and custom Chinese Herbal formulas to support each individual’s unique path to healing.
